Born on October 7, 1977, to Danny and Patricia Kirkland, Steven Kirkland proudly served his country as a United States Marine. He enlisted in January of 1999, answering the call of duty with honor and commitment. During his military service, he was deployed to Iraq, where he served with distinction before completing his time in the Corps in 2006.

Following his military career, Steven transitioned into law enforcement, where he has dedicated the past 11 years to protecting and serving his community. His passion for service, discipline, and leadership—shaped by his time in the Marines—has remained a guiding force in his civilian life.

He is also a proud father to his son, Daniel, whose strength and character reflect the values instilled by his father's example.
